From January 2015 to March 2018, I co-founded and led product and mobile development at Realstax, a commercial real estate platform that revolutionized how professionals analyze, search, and transact in the CRE market.

Technical Leadership
Native Mobile Development
- Wrote native iOS (Swift) and Android (Java + Kotlin) clients from scratch
- Deployed to 25+ brokerage firms in California, reaching 200+ cities and markets
- Implemented a singular architecture across both platforms embracing Functional Reactive Programming
- Adopted scalable OOP paradigms including MVVM
Infrastructure & Architecture
- Built robust networking handling & caching layers using RxSwift + Moya and RxJava + Retrofit
- Implemented Realm database to mitigate poor network connectivity and improve UX responsiveness
- Set up functional testing and CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane and Bitrise
- Created an automated system for white-labeling mobile applications for Enterprise clients
Product & Leadership
Product Management
- Led sprint planning, feature prioritization, and bug/issue triaging based on user feedback
- Integrated insights from Intercom, emails, and on-site sessions
- Defined user personas and wrote comprehensive product specs
